This DIY video will show you how to prepare a used rotor to accept a brand new dough blade or cutter shaft.
It's common for the attachment shaft on the Stephan VCM 44 to expand and no longer allow new attachments to install correctly. This video will show you how to quickly repair the top section of the rotor.
Tools Required: Metal file.
Recommended: Sand paper to clean the edges.
Note: If you are repairing the rotor while attached to the machine, place paper towels inside the bowl to cover the bowl seal. This prevents metal shavings from falling onto the seal. Be sure to completely clean the bowl and rotor after this process.
