Refund policy

  

Returns for Non-Defective Products:

We will issue a refund if you return the item(s) within 60 days of product receipt. We will accept refunds on parts that were not installed, used and are in re-saleable condition. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.

Between December 21st and January 2nd the return window is extended to 21 days from delivery date.

Returns for Electrical Products:

We will issue a refund if you return the item(s) within 60 days of product receipt if the security seal has not been broken. We will accept refunds on parts that were not installed, used and are in re-saleable condition. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. 

The security seal will only be present on the box containing the electrical components, and never on the main box used for the shipment. This tamper-proof seal ensures that the product has not been installed or had power applied to the product.

Returns for Defective Products and/or Wrong Part Shipped:

We will issue a full refund if you notify us within 60 days of product receipt. Refunds that are the result of an error on behalf of JPM Parts will not result in a restocking charge and we will provide a return label.
