Getting Started:
1
Strap your Mixer to a Pallet
The mixer(s) must be securely strapped to a wooden pallet prior to the arrival of the truck. We recommend using heavy-duty racket straps.
Although 48x40 pallets are the most common, we highly recommend sourcing a 36x40 pallet because it lowers the freight cost considerably.
Once strapped to the pallet please provide us the length, width and height of the pallet used. Please keep in mind that if the dimensions are incorrect, the freight company will charge a fee for re-classification. Most information on this can be found below.
2
Print out the Freight Bill of Lading
After the freight is scheduled we will e-mail a copy of the bill of lading. Prior to the arrival of the truck please print out three copies of the bill of lading.
BOL Copy 1: Sign and Give to Driver
BOL Copy 2: Tape to the mixer on the pallet
BOL Copy 3: Retain for your records.
That's it! Once the mixer arrives to our location we will reach out to you with more information on the repair.
