This is a brand new replacement bowl seal for your VCM 25, 40 and 44 machines. Our bowl seal comes with a proprietary, injection molded pre-seal for long term durability. The body of the seal is made from the strongest food grade plastic and the o-ring is always included.
We guarantee that our bowl seal will out preform any other seal on the market or your money back. Our seals are designed to withstand the high heat and friction generated by the mixer. Our product will last longer, seal better and run cooler.
All that we ask is that each bowl seal is installed with our food grade lubricant. Our high-performance, non-hardening, USDA approved lubricant will increase the life of the seal considerably. This lubricant should be applied liberally on the shaft sleeve, inside of the bowl seal and on the o-ring during installation. Each bowl seal now comes with enough lubricant for one installation. We recommend that the bowl seal be taken out and re-lubricated 2 times a month
You can add a bottle of the lubricant under the recommended products on this page. Each tube of lubricant is good for multiple replacements and/or weekly re-lubricating.
We highly recommend the replacement of the shaft sleeve if grooving or pitting is evident. With a worn shaft sleeve, the bowl seal may not seal correctly and the life of the seal will be considerably shorter. Add the lubricant and shaft sleeve under the recommended products on this page.
