Wing Nut for the Stephan/Hobart VCM 40 - 7025

New wing nut for the VCM 40 knife cutting assembly. This nut is designed to fit both OEM and JPM brand cutter shaft bodies.

Use this nut to tighten down the blades on the slant ring assembly. The wing tabs are designed to disperse product from underneath the cutter shaft.
