Thread Repair Kit for the Xebeco XeSRD20 Dough Divider Lever - Gen 1 and 2

New thread repair kit for the GEN 2 Xebeco XeSRD20 dough dividers.

It's a common problem for the GEN 2 dividers units to strip out the metal stud that retains the release lever, pictured below:

The release lever's pivot point is a metal stud that screws into the aluminum housing in the upper section of the dough divider. Once the threads strip out, the lever will no longer operate as intended. This kit will allow you to repair the stripped threads and replace it with a strong, stainless steel threaded insert.

If you find that your lever has a lot "play" and is no longer engaging, it's likely that you need to repair the unit with a threaded insert.

We highly recommend a new hardware kit to make sure you have every component ready for re-installation. This kit comes with a diagram of how the parts are installed.
