Q. Why do I need to activate my existing account?
A. We moved our entire store structure to a new platform. Since your old password was encrypted, it could not be migrated to this platform.
Q. How do I activate my account?
A. We automatically sent all of our customers an e-mail link to activate your account. Search your inbox and spam folders for "Customer account activation" from JPM.
Q. I can't find the e-mail and want to access my account.
A. Give us a call at 800-651-9271 and we can resend that activation e-mail for you.
Q. Will all of my order history and address still be on file?
A. Yes, once you use that activation link you will have access to all previous orders and addresses.
Q. Do I still have my credit card saved on file?
A. Unfortunately, no. However, you have the option of saving your payment information when you place an order online. In order for us to maintain PCI compliance, we are not able to store credit card information for phone orders.
Q. Can I checkout as guest or create a new account?
A. Sure, but you will lose access to your order history and saved address(es).
