This kit is a complete replacement kit for the auxiliary lid spring assemblies for the VCM 44s with a motorized baffle (VCM 44-E). The extra weight on the lid requires an external spring.

Installs in the OEM External Stop
- The external spring stop installs in the OEM receptacle located on the outside of the electrical box. Make sure your VCM 44 E has the external receptacle installed. It is required to work with our kit, as shown here:
