Refurbished Stephan Vertical Cutter Mixer (VCM 40)
Up for sale is a refurbished Hobart / Stephan VCM 40, an industrial mixer and food processor. It has undergone a complete disassembly and rebuild, including a freshly powdercoated frame and new stainless steel motor cover. We went through a thorough rebuilding process, replacing all necessary parts.
This VCM 40 features a rebuilt lid with replaceable bushings for the baffle and scraper assembly rotation.
